Select Services were awarded the mechanical services contract by Halikos Construction for the new Zuccoli Primary School Campus, in the relatively new suburb of Zuccoli in the City of Palmerston NT.
Works were completed early in December 2019, ahead of program, ready for the start of the 2020 school year.
The project consisted of:
- 2 x GLA’s (General learning areas)
- 1 x Preschool (up to 88 students)
- 1 x Admin block
- External Chilled Water (CHW) plant building consisting of 400kw variable speed screw chiller 5000L Buffer Tank CHW pumps, MSSB
- Piping - Underground CHW and fiber reticulation throughout the campus along with consideration for the CHW and fiber reticulation to the future Stage 2 boundary
- Building Management System (BMS)
